IV. HER THOUGHTS
The "Introduction":
From messaging to phone calls, there was a continuous flow of connectivity.
"Good morning Aafat", a message popped up on her screen (that's the first thing he would do as he woke up).
"Morning Sukoon", in a split second she replied (she loved waking up to his texts).
"Aafat and Sukoon. Sounds like a good team up!", he exclaimed.
"Yes! Indeed it does", smiling like an idiot to herself she replied.
"It's gonna be the best day today. I'm going to visit my favorite car museum. Yayy!!", he happily said (sounding like a cute 5 year old).
"You know what. Go enjoy your day, have a blast and call me in the evening. We'll talk about your day once you're back", she replied (she extremely was amazed by the fact that he was not only in love with cars but also had full knowledge about it).
How could we not talk about these two distinctive personalities?
Aafat was a 25 year old ball of fire; as tom-boyish as she could be; full of energy and enthusiasm but completely restless and impatient a woman. Bold with the way she spoke; confident with her thoughts and career; selfless love for her family and friends. She was a complete people's person and hence called the "HEART" of her family and friends group. She was a tiny built (that's what he called her) but always restive. Extremely chatty so much that she wouldn't ever have a mute button to herself. But deep down inside, she was extremely bad at expressing her love or feelings that she would ever have for anybody. She thought sharing her feelings would lead to losing the person she loved.
On the other hand, Sukoon was a 28 year old uncle (that's what she called him), extremely calm and patient. He was a great contrast to her but yet somehow they complimented each other. He was a tall man almost being like a "Burj Khalifa" for Aafat. He called her a "Tiny Aafat". He was extremely knowledgeable about cars as it was his passion and first love; rather he was a car "nerd" or an "Automobile Aficionado" would perfectly describe him. He didn't like being around with too many people; loved his little circle of friends and family; loved his me time but with his twin and most of all loved pampering his little sister. He would go on for hours with his play station and watching his favorite race. But surprisingly he was amazing at expressing his feelings for someone he loved, yet he was a little reserved. He was an extremely lovable and adorable uncle (she would call him that until he got irritated).
He was like the Chandler to her Monica! Just adorable together!
